The company participated in the design, development as well as the realization of the Troglodyte Villa located on the Monaco Principality.

The project is to achieve a villa in an existing rock and reconstruct the structure of it in the upper levels of the villa.

The sculpture and patina produced by AAB gives an impression of continuity with the existing rock.

Whether you are inside or outside the villa, the result had to be natural.

Design and Build contract for the development of a landscaped reservoir with rocks, cave, columns, cornices, etc. AAB developed more than 2,500m².

AAB performed landscaping of the hotel’s swimming pool, with more than 4,000m² of rock gardens produced;

Caldea is a spa leisure centre proposing mainly balneotherapy activities. Above this lagoon are a series of spas.

AAB produced all the themed decors on a turnkey basis, with 1,200m² of decors:

• Creation of replicas of an Indian cave,
• Chinese baths,
• Aztec rivers, etc.

This fitness centre is a real temple of bathing and relaxation. The authentic decors of Thermapolis are an invitation to a journey of initiation.

Thermapolis: Creation of replicas of Egyptian and Arabic caves and interior rooms, and various sculptures. AAB completed more than 3,000m².
